Aroma has made a huge investment in a modern Multiform Pack Master Closing Machine that brings many advantages for our customers.
The new technical equipment covers the following processes: box forming, inserting bottles in box, box closing, printing, boxes arranging, palletization, foiling. The equipment changeovers automatically and works with more than 88 different programs. The production line contains two high tech robots Fanuc as the palletization one works with two production lines at the same time.
The benefits of the new Pack Master Closing Machine are many: safe and more stable boxes, more sustainable process and less footprint (no use of tape, less carton surface and stretch foil), more stable pallets that leads to reduction of damaged goods etc.
