Flexible Robot Bottle Handling Machine is responsible for rapid and automatic unscrambling, orienting and inserting of plastic bottles in pucks that move forward along the production line. The benefits of this technical innovation are optimization, avoiding mistakes, automatization and reduction of footprint.
The robot is coming from the leading manufacturer of equipment for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries Rationator. It consist of three vacuum catchers with capacity up to 140 bottles/min.
With this investments we are taking another step forward towards our goal – to achieve maximum environmental friendliness in the production of our products under own brands and private label.
